Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup diced mango or papaya
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Jaca sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint or cilantro

Sweetener Used

2 ½ tablespoons Jaca sugar Allulose

Replaces: 2 ½ tablespoons regular sugar

    Combine the pineapple and mango (or papaya) in a bowl.
