Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons Jaca sugar (or to taste)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Sweetener Used

5 tablespoons Jaca sugar Allulose

Replaces: 5 tablespoons regular sugar

Instructions

    Place the avocados, cocoa powder, Jaca sugar, almond milk and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.

    Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

    Taste and add more Jaca sugar if you prefer a sweeter mousse.
