- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Jaca rare sugar

Preheat the oven to 225 °F (110 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Core the apples and slice them very thinly (about ⅛ inch). Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix the ground cinnamon and Jaca sugar, then sprinkle lightly over the apple slices.
