Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples (any sweet variety)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Jaca rare sugar

Sweetener Used

2 tablespoons Jaca rare sugar Allulose

Replaces: 2 tablespoons regular sugar

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 225 °F (110 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Core the apples and slice them very thinly (about ⅛ inch). Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet.

    Mix the ground cinnamon and Jaca sugar, then sprinkle lightly over the apple slices.

    Bake for 1½–2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are dry and crisp.
