- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tablespoons Jaca sugar
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)
Sweetener Used
4 tablespoons Jaca sugar Allulose
Replaces: 4 tablespoons regular sugar
