Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons Jaca sugar
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)

Sweetener Used

4 tablespoons Jaca sugar Allulose

Replaces: 4 tablespoons regular sugar

Instructions

    Add the frozen berries, almond milk and Jaca sugar to a blender.

    Blend until smooth. If using Greek yogurt, add it and blend again.

    Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more Jaca sugar if necessary.
