Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into ½‑inch rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 ½ tablespoons Jaca sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Sweetener Used

3 ½ tablespoons Jaca sugar Allulose

Replaces: 3 ½ tablespoons regular sugar

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Toss the carrot slices with olive oil, Jaca sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.

    Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

    Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.

    Serve warm as a side dish.
