Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Jaca sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • ½ tsp salt + 4 tbsp butter salt and unsalted butter (OR 4 tablespoons of salted butter)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Sweetener Used

½ cup Jaca sugar Allulose

Replaces: ½ cup regular sugar

Instructions

    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and add milk, egg, butter, and vanilla while whisking to a smooth batter.

    Add more milk for a smoother consistency.

    Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium-low heat and add ¼ cup of the batter for each pancake.

    Flip when the underside turns lightly brown.

    Serve with fresh blueberries or other fruit and sprinkle with Jaca sugar.

  • Add more milk for a smoother consistency.
