Sugar-Free Valentine's Day Treats

Valentine's Day is built on sweetness — here are romantic, beautiful, sugar-free treats.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Dip dried strawberries in melted sugar-free dark chocolate. Drizzle with white chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried raspberries or pistachios. Chill until set.

Heart-Shaped Red Velvet Bites

Almond flour + cocoa + allulose + egg + sour cream + butter + red food coloring. Bake in heart molds at 325°F for 15 min. Sandwich with cream cheese filling (cream cheese + powdered allulose + vanilla).

Raspberry Rose Panna Cotta

1.5 cups heavy cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup allulose, 1 tsp rose water, gelatin. Set in glasses. Top with fresh raspberries and edible rose petals.

Chocolate Truffles

6 oz sugar-free dark chocolate + 1/3 cup cream + butter. Chill, roll, coat in cocoa powder or crushed pistachios. Package in a box with ribbon for an elegant gift.

Strawberry Cheesecake for Two

Individual cheesecakes in ramekins: almond flour crust, cream cheese filling with allulose, topped with macerated strawberries.

Hot Chocolate for Two

Milk + cocoa + allulose + chopped chocolate + vanilla + cinnamon. Top with allulose whipped cream.

Making It Special

  • Set the scene with candles and cloth napkins
  • Make it together — dipping strawberries is a fun couple's activity
  • Write a card — handwritten notes mean more than any dessert
  • Be present — put phones away

Valentine's Day proves sugar-free doesn't mean joy-free.
